Wigglin' Walker

Aiden and I had a very busy day today. We went to Valley Beach at noon and spent 2.5 hours there. This is the pool where I life guarded way back in the day. It was Aiden's first time there and I was just checking it out today to see how he liked it. Well, we are now members because Aiden had the time of his life. I had to pry him out of the pool to finally eat some lunch at 1:45. He ate lunch faster than I have ever seen and then got right back in the pool. After his nap, he and I went to his first pre-school gymnastics class. I taught a class to 3-4 year olds this past school year and I always wanted to take Aiden to a class. The owner said he is close enough to 2 years old to partake in the summer session for the Wigglin' Walker class. Today was his first class and he did a pretty good job. He was a little cranky, because I had to wake him from his nap. He really enjoyed the trampoline, tree house slide into the ball pit, balance beam and log rolls down the incline mat. He was not into the bars or rings this week or circle time, but the instructor said that is normal for the first couple of weeks. We will see how it goes over the next few weeks!
