New things

Aiden had his one year check-up and weighed in at 20lbs 12oz and 29.75 inches long. He cried pretty hard during his shots, but was easily calmed with an animal cracker. Now that he is finally crawling he much more content while playing. He doesn't get as mad, because he can just move around to get whatever he wants. He really enjoys putting things into containers and then taking them back out. He also has been making a lot more sounds and trying to imitate words (in his own way). We finally got new carpet in our family room and we all LOVE it! The old carpet doesn't look too bad in the picture below, but it was terrible. Aiden also got a seat for our bike for his b-day and we took our first ride tonight. He hated the helmet, but stopped crying once we started going. All in all things have been going pretty well here in the Reif house.
