Aiden Joseph

On Friday, August 22nd at 8am I went into the hospital to have my labor induced. By the evening my doctor had realized that I was not progressing and the baby was not tolerating labor all that well. They decided it was best to go ahead with a C-section, and by 11:15 pm we welcomed Aiden Joseph Reif into the world. He was checked by the neonatologist and then Brian was able to cut the cord and hold him. After the long and stressful evening, we were both glad that everything was ok with him. Aiden weighed 7 lbs. 14oz. and measured 20 1/4 inches in length. Below are a few pictures from his first few days in the hospital.
