Just a bunch of pictures today......

New toy

Since Aiden loved the playground swings so much, we decided to get him a doorway jumper. He likes it (not quite as much as the swings outside and I don't blame him) and it's great while it is still cool outside.

He likes to reach for the wall and his new kicks give him the traction he needs!

68 Degrees!

Today we had gorgeous weather and decided to go to the park. We tried Aiden in the little kid swings and he had a blast. He just laughed and "people watched" the entire time.....so fun!

Thursday

I keep trying to think of different places to take Aiden's picture and today I thought the stairs would be kind of cool. He is getting a lot better with controlling his upper body, but he still can't quite sit on his own.

6 months

Well it's been about 2 weeks since I last posted and in that time Aiden and I have both recovered from a stomach virus and he had his 6 month check-up and shots. He is 27 inches long (75th percentile) and 14 pounds 14 ounces (10th percentile). He makes us laugh a lot with his silly little personality, and Brian was nice enough to get me a Flip video camera so I can capture him on film. As soon as I learn how to edit and post videos I will (it could be awhile though!).

Happy Valentine's Day

Aiden had a busy Valentine's Day weekend. On Saturday he went to Grama and Grampa's house so that Brian and I could do dinner and a movie. They took him to visit his Nan, Pap and Aunt Andi. Then we went to church on Sunday and afterward we went to Uncle Joe and Aunt Kelly's for lunch and to play with Lizzie, Jackson and Hannah. Growing

Aiden continues to learn new things each day and he continues to make us laugh. He has found his voice and makes this hysterical screeching/squealing noise and he has found his feet and tries his hardest to get them to his mouth. He loves peaches and applesauce, he loves bath time and his new tub friends and blowing bubbles. We also started working with him to get him to sit on his own and he actually does quite well.
